Avoid Getting Lost with VZ Navigator

I don’t really like to drive because I’m one of those people that seem to always get lost. It’s embarrassing to admit, but we have been living in our home for over 7 years and just this past month as I was driving home from picking up my son from school I drove right past our development entrance and had to turn around! There have been many times, just like last month’s experience, where I have missed a turn that I should have known I was supposed to take. I could tell you about a dozen or more times when I couldn’t figure out the notes of directions I jotted down to follow and ended up having to call my husband to have him help me figure out where I was and how to get to where I was headed. No matter how many times I have driven to the Phoenix Zoo, I still get confused every time I get close to the exit. I’m often saying, “Is there an exit lane from the carpool lane on this freeway?” or “Which exit was it again?” Maybe it is all just a case of forgetfulness brought about by having kids. Even still, I’m glad there are programs and tools available to help guide me and keep me and my family safe on the road.

Verizon VZ Navigator

The VZ Navigator by Verizon is a navigation app that can help alert you of school zones, gas prices, reliable real-time traffic, speeding alerts and more. On top of all that, you’ll find turn-by-turn spoken navigation directions. You’ll love that the VZ Navigator uses natural language for its voice guidance with indicators such as number of traffic lights or how many streets before a turn, rather than distance left in feet or meters. This style of communicating the directions is much more natural and makes it easier to understand, follow and remember providing a safer driving experience. You’ll even notice 3D city views that show you real traffic signs on your screen making it much easier to visualize your directions and know exactly what you need to do!

Want to give VZ Navigator a try? You can experience VZ Navigator for yourself with a 30-day free trial on your smartphones! If you love the service, it is just $2 per month after the trial expires. Look for VZ Navigator in your app store or on Google Play to download and get started today!

This navigation app seems to be very good, but where do you place your phone so that you can cldarly see it while driving?

It gives voice commands, you don't have to hold your phone! :)
