Summer just doesn’t feel like summer without s’mores! This year, we didn’t get to do our big summer road trips we love go take, so it was time to make our favorite S’mores from home to enjoy that taste of summer we crave without the camping. We made mason jar s’mores which were oh-so-delicious, you won’t want to share!
Mason Jar S’mores
- 2 cups graham crackers, crumbled
- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 2 cups mini marshmallows
- 10 4oz mason jars
Preheat oven to 350. Spray each jar with cooking spray.
Layer the bottom of each jar with your crushed graham crackers. Press the coating in with your fingers or the back of a spoon to form a bottom crust.
Next, layer chocolate chips. You can get creative with this step and try different chips like butterscotch, white chocolate, or even mint for different flavor combinations!
Finally, top your treat with marshmallows.
Place all of your prepared jars onto a baking sheet and bake for 10 minutes, or until the marshmallows are just perfectly golden on top.
Remove from heat and allow to cool slightly, then serve and enjoy!
