What equipment do you use for getting into shape? I am terrible about exercising so would love to know what works for other people to get me inspired! I really need some type of solution though to shed these last few baby pounds. I know several of my friends use treadmills and walk while watching their favorite TV shows. I think that would work really well for me, except, I don’t have cable TV so I watch all my shows on the computer so I wouldn’t be able to do that very easily. It would be really fun though to be passing the time getting fit while watching your must see TV shows!
I have also considered exercise bikes as that sounds a little bit more fun then walking, though I know it’s probably much harder work. It wouldn’t be as easy to focus on a TV show either, I don’t think. I did use to go to a spinning class about 5 years ago though and while it was really hard, it was pretty fun and my favorite of the gym classes I would attend. It would be nice if I could still readily and easily attend the gym so I could just sign up for some classes and then feel that motivation to go! With three little ones, it’s really just not so practical to get to the gym so I’d love to hear what any of you do (from home) to stay fit! Or, any tips you might have for me to stay active and be having fun!
