Easy No Bake Pineapple Cream Pie

Ingredients:
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ¾ cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tub (8 oz) whipped topping
  • 1 can (20 oz) crushed pineapple, drained
  • 2 (9-inch) graham cracker pie crusts
  • 1 cup shredded coconut
Directions:
  1. Beat cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  2. Drain and reserve aside ½ cup crushed pineapple.
  3. Fold in whipped topping and remainder of the can of crushed pineapple.
  4. Spread pineapple cream filling into graham cracker pie crusts.
  5. Sprinkle with coconut and reserved crushed pineapple.
  6. Chill in the fridge for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
