Ingredients:
  • 1 Box of chocolate cake mix prepared according to package directions
  • 3 Cups Heavy whipping cream
  • 24 Strawberries
  • 1 6-oz box American Heritage chocolate block
  • 1 Cup American Heritage chocolate drink mix
  • 24 American Heritage chocolate sticks
Directions:
  1. Prepare and bake cupcakes according to directions on the box.
  2. Melt chocolate block in a microwave safe bowl in 30-second intervals stirring between each until melted and smooth.
  3. Lay out wax paper. Hold your strawberries by the stem, and dip into your melted chocolate. Set them on wax paper to cool and harden.
  4. For whipped topping, pour heavy whipping cream into a chilled bowl. Add the drink mix and beat with a mixer 5-10 minutes until thick. Frost cupcakes immediately and garnish with dipped strawberry and chocolate stick.
