A delicious, milder and authentic tasting shredded beef tacos

Ingredients:
  • 2-3 Pound Beef Chuck Roast
  • 1 Tablespoon Cumin
  • 1 Yellow Onion Sliced Thin
  • 2 Jalapenos Sliced Thin
  • 1 Tablespoon Garlic
  • 2 Teaspoons Salt
  • 1 Teaspoon Black Pepper
Directions:
  1. Place your roast in the bottom of your slow cooker. Combine seasonings and sprinkle on top of your meat. Toss your onions and jalapenos into your slow cooker and cook on medium or high heat for 4-5 hours.
  2. Shred cooked beef with forks and serve with corn tortillas, lettuce, black beans, green onions, tomato and cheese. Select your favorite toppings.
