Crock Pot Veggie & Chicken Stir-Fry

- 3 cups brown rice
- 1.5 pounds of chicken
- 2 green bell peppers
- ½ onion
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 bottle of Orange Kikkoman Sauce
- Dice onion and peppers, add them to crock pot
- Place frozen chicken in crock pot
- Add garlic
- Pour half of the bottle of Kikkoman Sauce over chicken
- Allow chicken to cook 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low
- Once chicken is done, shred chicken
- Dump out some of the juice from the crock pot and add the remaining amount of Kikkoman Sauce
- Cook Rice according to instructions
- Pour shredded chicken and veggies over brown rice
