Adding 5 simple ingredients to your crock pot, your family will enjoy this Crock Pot Veggie & Chicken Stir Fry

Serves: 6
  • 3 cups brown rice
  • 1.5 pounds of chicken
  • 2 green bell peppers
  • ½ onion
  • 1 clove of garlic
  • 1 bottle of Orange Kikkoman Sauce
  1. Dice onion and peppers, add them to crock pot
  2. Place frozen chicken in crock pot
  3. Add garlic
  4. Pour half of the bottle of Kikkoman Sauce over chicken
  5. Allow chicken to cook 4 hours on high or 8 hours on low
  6. Once chicken is done, shred chicken
  7. Dump out some of the juice from the crock pot and add the remaining amount of Kikkoman Sauce
  8. Cook Rice according to instructions
  9. Pour shredded chicken and veggies over brown rice
