Easy Hawaiian Haystacks

- 3 cups of rice
- ¾ cup milk
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 tomato
- shredded cheese
- lomein noodles
- 1 small can of pineapple
- 1 small can olives
- celery
- carrots
- Cook rice according to packaged instructions. (I always use instant brown rice)
- While rice is cooking, empty combine cream of chicken soup and milk in a saucepan
- Cook on medium heat stirring regularly until desired gravy consistency
- Salt and Pepper gravy to taste
- Dice variety of fruits and veggies (I always use pineapples, tomatoes, celery, olives, and carrots)
- After rice and gravy are done cooking, layer rice with gravy, desired fruits, veggies, lomein noodles, and shredded cheese
