  • 3 cups of rice
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 tomato
  • shredded cheese
  • lomein noodles
  • 1 small can of pineapple
  • 1 small can olives
  • celery
  • carrots
  1. Cook rice according to packaged instructions. (I always use instant brown rice)
  2. While rice is cooking, empty combine cream of chicken soup and milk in a saucepan
  3. Cook on medium heat stirring regularly until desired gravy consistency
  4. Salt and Pepper gravy to taste
  5. Dice variety of fruits and veggies (I always use pineapples, tomatoes, celery, olives, and carrots)
  6. After rice and gravy are done cooking, layer rice with gravy, desired fruits, veggies, lomein noodles, and shredded cheese
