Sweet crust perfect for a fruit pizza

Serves: 3
  • ½ cup of confection sugar
  • ¾ c of butter, softened
  • 1¼ C flour
  • 1 Teaspoon of milk
  1. Mix all ingredients together.
  2. Press the dough out into mini pizzas or one large pizza crust.
  3. Bake at 325 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until you start to see the edge become brown.
  4. Allow crust to cool a few minutes before adding toppings.
  5. Then you can add whatever topping you'd like, marshmallows, cream cheese, fruit dip spread, or peanut butter.
  6. After you add your spread or base, add your favorite fruit and toppings. You can also include some yogurt and a little sprinkle of cinnamon.
