Ingredients:
  • Vanilla Ice Cream
  • Milk (2% or Whole is best)
  • Strawberries or Banana
Directions:
  1. Add a cup of milk to your blender.
  2. Next, put in six whole strawberries with the leaves removed or a whole banana.
  3. Finally, add in 3 big scoops of vanilla ice cream and blend.
