Homemade Mac and Cheese Recipe

- ¼ lb Velveeta Cheese
- 4 TBS Butter
- 4 TBS Flour
- ½ tsp Salt
- ¼ tsp Pepper
- 2 cups Milk
- 12 oz Macaroni Noodles
- Melt butter over low heat
- Blend in flour and seasonings
- Cook over low heat, stirring until mixture is bubbly and smooth
- Stir in milk and Velveeta cheese, stirring until cheese is completely melted
- Boil 12 oz of macaroni noodles, drain water
- Pour sauce over noodles
