Spicy, but not too hot. Extremely good chili recipe!

Ingredients:
1 lb lean ground beef
½ lb hot italian sausage
2 medium chopped onions
2 stalks celery
1 green pepper, chopped
Spices: 2 tbls chili powder, 1 tbls crushed red pepper, 1 tbls garlic powder, 1 tbls dried parsley, ½ tsp black pepper, 1½ tsp oregano, 1½ tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp salt.
Can of diced tomatoes, 28 oz
Can of black beans
Can of tomato sauce
Directions:
Brown 1 pounds of lean ground beef and ½ pound hot Italian sausage with 2 medium chopped onions. When meat is no longer pink, drain fat.
Add in 2 stalks of Celery, chopped and 1 green pepper, chopped. Plus, all the following spices: 2 tbls chili powder, 1 tbls crushed red pepper, 1 tbls garlic powder, 1 tbls dried parsley, ½ tsp black pepper, 1½ tsp oregano, 1½ tsp ground cumin, 1 tsp salt.
Saute until vegetables are heated through.
Transfer all ingredients into a large crock or stock pot and add 1 28 oz can diced tomatoes, 1 cans of black beans, and 1 can of tomato sauce. Use the tomato sauce can to add one can's worth of water to the pot.
Simmer on low heat for 2.5 hours, stirring occasionally.
Top with grated cheese and sour cream and serve with cornbread!
