Looney Labs Oz Fluxx Review

Oz Fluxx, by Looney Labs, is the newest addition to the Fluxx family!  Fluxx is the card game with ever changing rules! It starts out simple, with just the Basic Rule card: draw one card and play one card during each player’s turn. But New Rule cards quickly make things chaotic. Let the cyclone of the ever-changing card game, Fluxx, whisk you away to a magical world of fun! Mingle with Munchkins, make new friends, and follow the Yellow Brick Road to see the Wizard – but keep a bucket of water handy: you never know when you might need to melt a Wicked Witch. Next stop…the land of Oz!

Oz Fluxx was one of the BEST games I have played in a long time. I used to think that the regular Fluxx was the best, but Looney Labs really stepped this game up!  For school last week, my classmates asked me to bring in all of my Fluxx games.  We played for a few hours and everyone loved OZ Fluxx!  The day it arrived in the mail, my mom and I played two times.  One of the games lasted literally five minutes and the other was almost an hour!  That is what I love about Fluxx, you never know when it will end!  This game comes with many creepers and surprises, so no two games are alike, which makes it all the more fun. I especially love it when my turn goes for many cards, then when I am finally done, the next person only gets to play one card! It is also very portable in its new case, so it is much easier to pack up the game quickly and go! I can’t wait to see what Fluxx game Looney Labs will come up with next!

OZ Fluxx can be purchased on the Looney Labs website and retails for $16.00.  It is great for ages 8+.

About Ashleigh

Ashleigh is a mom of five children ages 4-14. She loves to keep active by running, playing volleyball, P90X and chasing her kids around! She also enjoys Bunko, playing and teaching piano, cooking, ping-pong, getting packages, watching Netflix, and trying out new stuff! She loves being a mom and sometimes feels like a 12-year-old kid when she gets to try out new toys and games with her kiddos :)
