Throw the chicken and Italian salad dressing in the slow cooker. Cook on Low for 8 hours or high for 4. Shred with a fork. (On a side note, this chicken is amazing on salads or served over noodles or rice!)

Slice rolls through the middle so you have a solid top and bottom, lay in 13×9 pan. Or 2 depending on the size of your rolls.

Layer chicken, pepperoni, cheese and peppers onto the bottom layer of rolls. Spread spicy mustard on the top rolls. Replace the top.

Melt butter and mix in seasonings. Pour melted butter sauce over the top of the rolls.

Cover with aluminum foil and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.

About Aimee

My name is Aimee and I was lucky enough to meet my perfect match at age 15. We were married 6 years later and are parents to the cutest kiddos around. Our oldest son is a cautious, but outgoing, smarty pants with a little sister who has no fear and loves to push all his buttons. They are 19 months apart. Before becoming a stay at home mom I was a second grade teacher, and I loved every minute of it. Now I spend most of my day on the floor building trains, tucking in baby dolls, reading stories, and laughing my guts out with my own kids. I love to spend time with my family, travel, read, watch movies, be outdoors, and eat!

  1. What ingredient is suppose to be in the sauce, that has 1 tablespoon of? The ingredient is missing. But is looks delish as is!

  2. I have a slight slider obsession. I love the way they go together. I like how they are hot and ready to go. These look fun and I love the pepperoni and thee cheese. I also like the topping which would give some zing and take it out of the ordinary.

  3. Those look amazing. I love having sliders. They’re the best. I’ve never had one like this before though. Can’t wait to try it.
