Dish cooked rice into bowl. Top the rice with your Gumbo and then add cheese, dollop of sour cream, green onions, and pineapple. Enjoy!

Sausage Gumbo

This recipe is absolutely delicious! We make it up almost like a Hawaiian Haystacks with the pineapple added on top but much more gourmet and premium. It absolutely tastes just like something you would eat at a restaurant and I always go back for seconds!
