Mangrates are the perfect tool to use when cooking poultry, meat, and veggies. I found these grill gates super easy to use. I placed the Mangrates on my grill with the smoke rails pointed up. Because they are cast iron, they do require seasoning. Before using, we sprayed the gates with cooking spray. I turned the grill on high and closed the lid for a few minutes and waited for the grill gates to heat up. After they were ready to cook, I placed our burgers on the grill and turned the grill back down to a medium heat setting. The results-amazing! The burgers were cooked evenly and tasted professional. Cooking the meat with natural oils trapped in the grease gutters provided our burgers with a fantastic flavor.

The clean-up was super easy! After our Mangrates had cooled, we brushed them clean. Our grilling experience has been taken to a whole new level thanks to Mangrates. Come see some of our other grilled hamburger recipes.
