Epson Expression All In One Printer Review

I’m not a technology expert.  I can do most things the average 8 year old can do with a computer.  I am pretty lucky to have a brother who is a guru when it comes to all thing computer related.  Most of the time if I need advice or if my laptop crashes when I have a deadline, I call my brother and he bails me out of whatever predicament I have currently gotten myself into.

all in one printerWhen I got the chance to try out the Epson Expression Home XP-410 Small-In-One All in One Printer, I was determined to install it by myself, no calls to my brother.  Since I was going to review it, I really wanted to be able to tell the readers if it really was a simple install.

My Facebook status reflected my joy “Never felt more like a genius today. I installed a wireless printer on my laptop by myself! Oh yeah baby!” It really was easy to install.  I used my Wi-Fi, but with the XP-410, you can use Wi-Fi Direct, and directly link your PC and printer without using a wireless network.  Pretty neat, right?  My brother even said he was proud of me.

Not only does the XP-410 print, but it scans!  Thanks to the XP-410, I was able to scan pictures for my Dad’s 60th birthday party.  We scanned pictures from the 1950’s and they look amazing!  I say we, because it was so easy to do, I had my 6 year old scanning away, so I could do other things around the house.  We were able to present a beautiful slide show thanks to this all in one printer!
