Cranberry Granola Cereal Bar

Ingredients:
  • 2 cups old fashion oats
  • 1 cup rice crisp cereal
  • ½ cup chopped almonds
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • ¼ cup pumpkin seeds
  • ¾ cup white chocolate chips
  • ½ cup honey
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • ¼ cup brown sugar
  • ¼ cup rice syrup
Directions:
  1. Line baking pan with parchment or grease with butter
  2. Preheat at 300 degrees
  3. Mix oats, seeds, and nuts together.
  4. Spread out on a baking tray and bake until toasted.
  5. Check every 5 min and stir. This takes 10-15 mins.
  6. Once done put into a large bowl and add rice cereal.
  7. Melt the butter in a saucepan over medium heat and stir in sugar, rice syrup, and honey until smooth.
  8. Remove from heat and let cool for a minute.
  9. Carefully add warm syrup to baked oats mixture
  10. add cranberries and white chocolate chips.
  11. Mix until everything is coated.
  12. Pour mixture into prepared pan and press down to even out.
  13. Lets set for a few hours before using parchment to remove and cut into squares.
  14. Share and enjoy!
