Sweet Potato Fries Recipe

- 1-2 large sweet potato
- ¼ tsp chili powder
- ⅛ tsp smoked paprika
- ¼ tsp garlic powder
- 2 T olive oil
- 1 T cornstarch
- 1 large zip lock bag
- Pinch of salt
- Olive oil spray
- Preheat oven to 420 degrees.
- Cut up sweet potato into wedge size pieces.
- Add pieces into zip lock bag and cornstarch and shake until all sweet potatoes are coated.
- Add in paprika, garlic, and chili powder.
- Add in olive oil and shake again until all is coated with the oil.
- Lay an aluminum piece onto a baking sheet and place the coated sweet potatoes on top.
- Spray each piece with a little bit of olive oil and sprinkle with salt.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
- After 20 minutes flip the pieces and bake for another 10 minutes.
