Creamy Corn and Clam Chowder Recipe

- 2 Cups Cream Style Corn
- 1 Can Minced Clams (6.5oz) undrained
- 2 Teaspoons Old Bay Seasoning
- ½ Cup Minced of Finely chopped Onion
- ½ Teaspoon Minced Garlic
- 1 Cup Nonfat Dry Milk Powder
- 1 ½ Cups Water
- 1 Teaspoon Olive Oil
- In medium stockpot, heat oil, onions and garlic stirring for 5-7 minutes or until cooked through tender.
- Mix in corn, clams and Old Bay seasoning stirring well.
- In small bowl mix together milk powder and water until dissolved. Pour into stockpot and stir well.
- Cook for 7-10 minutes on medium heat stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.
