BERRY DARK CHOCOLATE CRUNCH YOGURT PARFAIT

Do you ever get tired of eating the same thing for breakfast over and over again? Because mornings can get a bit crazy and rushed, we go through A LOT of cereal at my house.

This morning, wanting to break away from tradition, I decided to kick breakfast up a notch making up this gem. Let me tell you…it was an absolute hit!

HOW TO MAKE A SIMPLE YOGURT PARFAIT

First, gather up all your ingredients.

Ingredients:

  •  Blueberries
  •  Raspberries
  •  Yogurt (I use vanilla, but Greek yogurt also tastes splendid)
  •  Dark chocolate morsels
  •  Pinch of cinnamon
  • Granola

It’s not too many ingredients, right?

Next, in a cup or bowl, layer yogurt, granola, and berries. (as much or as little as you want)

Continue alternating the layers for 3-4 turns.

Once you get to the top of the dish or cup, garnish top of parfait with berries, dark chocolate morsels, and a pinch of cinnamon.

And just like that…you’re done!

Although he wasn’t too thrilled that I took a picture of him eating his breakfast this morning, he gave this Berry Dark Chocolate Crunch Yogurt Parfait roaring reviews!
