Bacon Queso Dip Recipe

As you’re preparing for the big game that’s right around the corner, don’t forget to prepare a yummy dip to serve! Dips make the perfect addition to your party spread. This super easy 3-ingredient Bacon Queso dip will be a big hit! Best of all, it takes just minutes to prepare!

Bacon Queso Dip

Ingredients:

• VELVETTA Cheese, 16 oz
• 1 can RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies
• 3-4 slices of bacon, crumbled

Cut up the block of VELVEETA cheese into 1″ cubes. This one above is a full 32 oz block, so I just used half the loaf. Make a full loaf (double the recipe) if you will have more than 10 guests. Toss the Velveeta cut cubes and one can of RO*TEL Diced Tomatoes & Green Chilies, undrained, into a pot. Heat on medium-low stirring frequently until fully melted.

While your cheese is melting, crumble up your pieces of bacon if they aren’t already. The smaller the crumbles the better!

Your queso dip will do best if it stays warm, so if you have a warming pot, consider using that for the dip. You could warm up the dip in something like a fondue pot.

When it’s fully melted, stir in half of your crumbled bacon. Remove the pan from the heat and transfer your dip to a serving dish.

Top with the remaining half of the bacon crumbles and serve!

This makes a fun appetizer for your upcoming Super Bowl parties or just for your everyday get-togethers. My boys thought the Bacon Queso dip was perfect for an afternoon snack.
