Gerber is making one of baby’s first transitions easier with their newest baby food Gerber 3rd Foods with Lil’ Bits. They are designed to introduce textures and new tastes to crawlers that are ready to move paste just purees to something a bit more solid.

Gerber Lil’ Bits are specifically created to help babies learn to mash and chew to move towards solid finger foods. Gerber Lil’ Bits are being introduced with 10 new exciting flavor combinations, including: Apple Blueberry and Sweet Potato Apple Carrot & Cinnamon. All flavors come with perfectly sized soft fruits and veggies that help you feel confident in trying solids without the constant fear of a choke hazard.

My 9 month old was really curious about the Lil’ Bits. I could see him processing each soft mashable chunk in his mouth before he swallowed. He noticed the bits right away and wanted to grab them off the spoon to start feeding himself, too.

Learning to chew is an important milestone in baby’s development. Children that don’t face lumpy foods that require mashing and chewing before 10 months have been found to experience difficulty transitioning on to more advanced foods. Gerber Lil’ Bits helps ease this transition gives both mom and baby confidence to move up to table food!

How adorable is your child! I wish I documented more of my kid's milestones when they were babies.

My scrapbook is overflowing with milestone photos and it's very huge. I think I may need to redo it and make a few more.

Wow I've never seen such as a comprehensive list as yours. You made me smile when I got to "shoulder rides" as that's one of the things we photographed often with our own kids when they were little riding on mom or dad's shoulders.
