Biscuits and Coffee
That is how my parents spend their mornings. A quiet reflective time with a biscuit and coffee. Now for them a biscuit can be as simple as a cookie of any kind. One of my favorites is a Biscotti, but they tend to cut the top of the inside of my mouth because they are so thick and hard. These Nonni’s THINaddictives taste like the biscotti, but they are thin so they don’t cut, they are just deliciously light, sweet and crunchy.
In the above picture you will notice that each box comes with 6 individually wrapped packages, and each package only has 100-calories and 3 slices of cookie. This makes for a great anytime “grab and go” snack. Have one for a morning coffee break, or just before you get home to hold off starvation.
The children in my care love them for travel snacks. I love them because they are full of high quality berries and nuts, so I know the children are getting a healthy snack.
Nonni’s THINaddictives is hosting a series of monthly giveaways as a part of its “Get Addicted to Fitness” program. From Aug. 1 through Aug. 16, fans can enter the “Get Addicted to Water Sports Giveaway” for great aquatic and product prizes. Nonni’s THINaddictives come in 3 different flavors. Cranberry Almond Thins, Cinnamon Raisin Almond Thins, and Pistachio Almond Thins. I have tried all three and they are all really tasty. My favorites are the ones with the fruit. Nonni’s has been around since 1988 and uses original family recipes from the grandmother who emigrated from Lucca, Italy. These THINaddictives can be found in select retailers nationwide with the suggested retail price of $3.29 a box.
