HABA Pet Play Set Toddler Toys Review & Giveaway

You can see the seeds of imagination really start to sprout when children are toddlers.  I have always loved watching my children play, and it really makes me excited to see when they really start pretending.  Toddler Toys that help them develop this imagination are something parents are always looking for.

Harley started playing pretend pretty early, but since she has older siblings, I think it was natural that she wanted to play the same way that they do.  She really tries to do whatever the older girls do.  When my oldest daughter got a puppy for Christmas, Harley started to pretend that she had a puppy as well.  She used a stuffed puppy she found in her sister’s room.

Harley is snuggling and feeding Leo.

Harley got to try an awesome toddler toy to help her play “new puppy,” a really cute Hound Leo Playset from HABA.  Just like a real puppy needs accessories Leo comes with a water dish, a toy and a blanket.  Harley loved feeding Leo and wrapping him up to make sure he took a nap.  He’s also just the right size to snuggle, not to big to take up space during nap time, and not small enough to lose quickly.

HABA Toddler ToysIf dogs aren’t your thing, HABA also has a Lucy the Cat Playset.  Lucy has a stuffed mouse toy and a kitty basket to sleep in.  Both Lucy and Leo are made with super soft material and can be washed since we know how dirty toddler toys can be.

Lucy and Leo can be purchased here along with other great HABA Toys.  They would be an excellent birthday or Christmas gift (it’s really just around the corner!) for an imaginative animal lover.
