My kids love to exercise with me. Unfortunately, it’s usually when I’m doing a high impact video where I need all the room I can get. Often they ask me to just put a video on for them. I have searched for exercise activities for kids and have noticed that there are not many options. I want them to be healthy and an active. As the summer approaches, I know that our time outside will be limited because of the intense Arizona heat.

They enjoyed interacting with Mymo and his friend Alphonse. After watching the fun they were having, my 11 year old ended up joining in. It’s become the video they ask for, and I’m happy to let them watch it because I know it’s helping them be more active. I love that it’s a DVD I can pull out on a summer afternoon when it’s too hot to play outside and the kids are getting a little stir crazy.
