Watch it! Elapsed Time Clock Review & Giveaway

We accept a variety of samples and other consideration for posts and other advertising. Refer to the in post and site-wide disclosure for full details.

Education Insights has a wide variety of products that combine learning with fun!  Whether you are trying to teach your child to read, tell time, or helping with math, there is something for every subject on their website!  The Watch it! Elapsed Time Clock is a great way to teach your students or children to tell time!  By figuring out the simplest and clearest way to teach elapsed time, this geared non-electronic set features two analog wristwatches with correlating digital clocks underneath. Move the minute hand on the first watch to your desired start time and the minute hand on the second watch to your finish time—the digital clocks underneath automatically adjust! Then, slide open the cover on the answer window to see the elapsed time or keep it closed to quiz students.

The Watch it! Elapsed Time Clock is one of the best products I have seen to help kids learn to tell time.  Three of my kids are in grades K, 1 and 3 so this came at the perfect time!  They are all at different stages of learning. My youngest is working on recognizing double digit numbers, my 1st grader is starting to be able to read an analog clock, and my 3rd grader is working on telling how far apart two different times are.  This clock can help with all three of these concepts.  It is easy to figure out, and I love how you can push the button and the “answer” appears so they can check their work!  The back is see-through so you can watch it in action!  It is really fun to see the gears and levers move when you turn the hands.  I am even starting to help my 4-year-old read time because he is so interested in this clock!  I would recommend the Elapsed Time Clock to any teacher or parent who wants a fun and exciting way to teach their kids a concept that everyone has to learn at some point in their life!

The Elapsed Time Clock can be purchased on the Educational Insights website and retails for $39.99.  It is recommended for ages 6-9 and requires no batteries!
