It has been a pretty long month (and more!) for our family. We recently moved into a brand new home (our first!). You sure do accumulate a lot of stuff in over 6 years of marriage. I love that it came with the resistance band. The workouts aren’t too long, but enough to feel like you’ve really done something. We will be throwing these into our workout mix – they really are rejuvenating!
