The SEA LIFE Aquarium in Arizona is the perfect place to take your kids to teach them about life under the sea!  Here are some of the “things to do” at this amazing aquarium…

  • Experience an aquarium designed specifically for kids!
  • Encounter a vast array of creatures including sharks, rays and tropical fish
  • Interact with creatures at the touch pools
  • Follow an interactive quiz trail
  • Read fun facts throughout the aquarium
  • Learn how you can make a difference and make the oceans a better place!
  • Discover our amazing 360° ocean tunnel
  • Admire 30 displays and more than 5,000 sea creatures

Whether you are on a class field trip, with your scouting group or just the family, SEA LIFE has hundreds of different displays to keep you occupied for hours.  They have a White Tip Reef Shark, a Giant Pacific Octopus, an Interactive Rock Pool, a Green Sea Turtle, and much more!  You can even plan your trip around feeding times and watch, first hand, how these fascinating creatures eat their daily meals!  To find out more information about SEA LIFE and the location nearest you, click here!

I was able to take my son and his friend to check out the SEA LIFE location in Arizona!  I had taken my kids to the one in San Diego, but he wasn’t old enough to remember, so I was really excited to show him all the cool creatures!  I really like how the aquarium is set up.  It takes you on a journey through each exhibit so you don’t miss anything.  You can go through as fast or as slow as you want!  My son loved the huge variety of fish and other sea creatures!  There was a place where you can pet starfish, a see through tunnel with sharks that surround you, and the coolest jellyfish I have ever seen!  For the older kids, there is a quiz that you can complete while you are walking through.  The answers can be found at each exhibit.  At the end, there is a huge playground, with several levels to explore.  We spent about two hours checking out all the amazing sea creatures at SEA LIFE and I can’t wait to go back!

There are 35 SEA LIFE locations throughout the world!  Click here to find the location nearest you!  Ticket prices and hours may vary depending on location.

Disclosure: I received 4 tickets to SeaLife Aquarium in exchange for my honest review. I was not compensated in any other manner. The opinions expressed above are my own and any claims should be verified on the sponsor’s site.

About Ashleigh

Ashleigh is a mom of five children ages 4-14. She loves to keep active by running, playing volleyball, P90X and chasing her kids around! She also enjoys Bunko, playing and teaching piano, cooking, ping-pong, getting packages, watching Netflix, and trying out new stuff! She loves being a mom and sometimes feels like a 12-year-old kid when she gets to try out new toys and games with her kiddos :)

That looks like so much fun! I’ve always wanted to take my son to an aquarium but we really don’t have one that is that close. I really think he would have fun seeing all the different kinds of fish!

Aquariums are always a great place to take kids. They’re educational and fun at the same time because they get to see creatures that can be a bit unusual. We’re lucky to have 2 in Connecticut.

What a fun adventure for the kids. I love that you can go through at your own pace, and that there are 35 Sea Life locations. There aren’t any in our area but if we ever get to an area where there is a location we will definitely go there with the kids.
