Dr. Bronner’s soaps are known for their time-honored simplicity. In 1929, Emmanuel Bronner brought his formulas for high-quality liquid and bar soaps to America from Germany, and started Dr. Bronner’s in its current form in 1948. They are known for their quality, versatility, and eco-friendliness. The fourth and fifth generations of the Bronner family currently run the company and continue to produce soaps with the same care and integrity. Their classic soaps have 18-in-1 uses and a variety of scents. They also make lotions, lip balms, shaving gels, hand sanitizers, and more! Dr. Lisa Bronner also has a blog where she writes about different methods and recipes for household cleaning, and living an organic lifestyle with her family. Check it out here!
I really appreciate a great all-in-one cleaner so I don’t have to clutter up my cupboards with a whole bunch of different products. Dr. Bronner’s Sal Suds is just that. And I love that it is a mild cleaner that is biodegradable. It has a very pleasant scent, too. I also really like that it isn’t a soap-based cleaner, as our new home has laminate wood floors, which aren’t soap friendly. It is highly concentrated so a little goes a long way – 1 tsp. to 1 gallon of water! Which means I save money. :) It works on dishes, hard floors, and even laundry. And it’s effective! The Peppermint Bar Soap smells great and is refreshing and invigorating! I love using products that are simple, effective, and are earth friendly, too!
The 32 oz. Sal Suds Liquid Cleaner retails for $12.99 and can be bought on Dr. Bronner’s website.
