Safari Ltd is celebrating 30 years of creating unique replicas for children and educators around the world. In 1986, Safari Ltd signed the most important license agreement in the company’s history with the Carnegie Museum of Natural History. This license allowed them to produce authentic, scale-model dinosaur figures with the collaboration of their paleontologists. Not only are their dinosaurs to scale, but they are beautifully hand painted to look realistic and accurate. Safari Ltd carries several different genres of replicas including animals, dinosaurs, insects, sea life, fantasy figures and even humans! My kids can never get enough of traditional figurines and play sets. Neither can I since they don’t require batteries, or technology of any sort, and they last forever! They were thrilled to play with the Safari Ltd. dragons and fairies that we received! They immediately decided whose was whose and then ran up to the playroom to play! I couldn’t believe how long their new toys kept them busy! My 8-year-old boy was in charge, like always, of what they were playing and who the “bad guys” were. Surprisingly, my daughters went along with it! They had a blast pretending their “castle” was being attacked by dragons and the fairies were there to save the day! After they were finished, I finally had a chance to check out their toys. I was amazed at the detail! They are definitely the most authentic, and perfectly painted figurines we have ever had! They seriously looked like they were about to come to life in my hands! If only miniature dragons were real 
They were also way heavier than they looked and made out of high quality materials. I am sure these four toys will outlast just about every other toy in our playroom! I can’t wait to get more to add to their new collection! I would recommend Safari Ltd. to anyone looking for a collection of high quality toys that will be able to be passed on for generations to come!
