Learning Resources Candy Construction Kit Review & Giveaway

Learning Resources carries hundreds of items guaranteed to make learning more fun for your children!  If you are looking for something to help your students learn how to excel at math, or something to help your own kids understand science, Learning Resources will definitely have something to fit your needs.  Every one of their products is great quality and will last, even constantly in the hands of your little ones!  The Candy Construction kit featured here is no exception.  With 92 pieces, and thousands of possibilities, this set will help fine motor skills and keep your children busy for hours!  Learning Resources has been around for over 25 years and their products are sold in over 80 countries!  Here is their mission statement…

“Our mission is to support teachers and parents by providing unique, high-quality educational tools that enhance instruction and provide engaging learning experiences that meet children’s individual needs. Our versatile products include play and learning activity sets, manipulatives and games that build foundational skills in all subject areas through exploration, imagination and fun. In addition, we offer simple technology products and teacher resources to support the delivery of education. Developed by top educators, our award-winning products have been trusted by teachers and parents for over 27 years.”

The Candy Construction kit was a huge hit in our home!  I am obsessed with candy of all types, and this was sugar and calorie free!  Great for me and my kids!  The pieces in this set are high quality and look just like the actual candy.  Especially the licorice.  It has the same texture, size and color as an actual piece!  All of my children, including my 13-year-old had fun building with this set.  My daughter followed the instructions to build the swing set and my son had fun creating all the letters in his name!  You can use all the pieces to create a huge house, or just a few to make letters and numbers.  With my 3-year-old, I would build a design and have him try to copy it.  I would progressively build more difficult designs to help challenge his fine motor skills.  He did a really good job!  I would recommend the Candy Construction to anyone with a sweet tooth and kids who love to build!

The Candy Construction kit can be purchased on the Learning Resources website and retails for $34.99.  It is perfect for ages 4-8 and can be used in the classroom and at home.
