Before using it, I thought the container was small, but it’s not because a little goes a long way! Just a finger-sized amount took care of my entire neck and shoulder area. Many sports creams have a very overpowering smell, but this was very mild. This would be ideal after a good workout or doing yard work! Plus, it gave me an excuse to have my husband rub my neck and shoulders while applying it! :)
