Here is the synopsis for Burning Jealousy
Ella Madison was only three years old when her mother died after rescuing her from a fire, only it wasn’t truly her mother that saved her life. Sixteen years later the beautiful young woman leaves, what she believes is her family, to become the governess for the children of the widower Garrison, the Duke of Lansington. He is rumored to be a cold-hearted man that has vowed to never trust a woman after the agony his first wife put him through.
The governess seems to captivate everyone around her at Lansington Castle, including the duke and his best friend Brenton, the Baron of Alderon. Garrison realizes this innocent woman has easily melted his icy façade and he cannot give Ella his passionate kisses without also sharing his heart. Ella’s heart is torn, for she is merely a peasant and he is a royal duke but there is a romance between them that neither can deny.
Brenton is protective of Garrison after his own mother Cornelia was responsible for most of the duke’s tormented past. Intrigued by the girl that has captured the duke’s heart, Brenton curiously digs deep into Ella’s past revealing hidden secrets even she had not known.

As Ella and Garrison’s love grows stronger, her charm and beauty enchants everyone around her, including the royal family. Why then is Ella’s life suddenly in danger when she learns the truth about her past and who is so jealous of her relationship with the duke that she needs to be protected from?

Burning Jealousy was a fast-paced, addictive novel that, from the second I picked it up, I couldn’t put down.  From the opening chapter when Ella is trapped in the burning house, Saydee Bennett does a excellent job describing each scene and making you feel like you are actually there.  There were several unexpected twists and turns that kept me on my toes and made the book unpredictable and even more exciting.  The chemistry between Ella and Garrison was beautiful and another reason I couldn’t put Burning Jealousy down!  I would recommend this romantic love story to anyone who could use a little more romance in their life, if not in their own relationship than through this fantastic book!

Burning Jealousy is a historical romance novel published though New Concepts Publishing.  It is available digitally through New Concepts and Barnes and Noble for $5.50.  For the paperback version visit Amazon.
