Sportline Cardio 660 Heart Rate Monitor Review & Giveaway

We accept a variety of samples and/or compensation for links, posts, and other campaigns. Refer to the bottom of the post and our site-wide disclosure policy for full details.

Sportline carries a wide variety of heart rate monitors, pedometers, and other fitness gear.  If you are still looking for the perfect Father’s Day gift, check out the Sportline CARDIO 660 Monitor.  This heart rate monitor is simple to program and use, while still giving you all the necessary, ECG accurate data you asked for. The CARDIO 660 provides continuous heart rate monitoring and has a fat burn zone indicator, exercise memory and 50 lap timer. This coded monitor provides continuous, ECG accurate heart rate data whether you run, spin, bike, cross train, or perform any other cardio-centric activity  Whether the dad in your life is focused on getting in shape, or staying in shape, the CARDIO 660 is simple to use and will help motivate him to stay in his “zone”.  This will help burn the most calories possible no matter what activity he chooses.

Ever since I started working out about a year and a half ago, I have wanted to try out a heart rate monitor.  On my treadmill, it tells me how many calories I am burning when I run, but I wasn’t sure how accurate it was since everyone burns at different rates.  The CARDIO 660 asks for your height, weight and sex before telling you how many calories you are burning, making it more accurate.  It turns out, I was burning just over half the amount of calories I thought I was!  As depressing as this was, it kind of made sense.  After running, I would eat something with about half the amount of calories I thought I was burning and wasn’t losing any weight!  Now that I know what I am burning, and my target heart rate I set goals so that I can stay in my zone and burn the most calories possible!  Since having the CARDIO 660, my workouts have been more efficient, I feel like I am making more progress than before, and I am able to literally see my results while I am exercising.  The Sportline Cardio 660 Heart Rate Monitor would be a perfect Father’s Day gift for any health-conscious dad!

The Mens Sportline Cardio 660 Heart Rate Monitor can be purchased on the Sportline website or most major sporting goods stores.  It retails for $69.99.
