When school let out, I was worried about my second grader and his ability to remember everything he had learned and be ready for third grade. He is already a little behind and I wanted to help him catch up and start fresh with his classmates. When I told him I would be working with him all summer, he was so angry! When I showed him what he would be working on, he finally lightened up and realized it wouldn’t be that bad! The workbooks are great and the accompanying computer program helps reenforce everything from the book. I try to sit and work together with him, but when I can’t, he is able to figure out what to do on his own until I have time. We are about a third of the way through each program and I can already tell that he is so proud of himself for sticking with it and learning what he needs to to enter third grade! I would recommend School Zone products to anyone wanting to keep their child busy during the summer and help the transition back to school that much easier!
