Little Love Buns Diaper Detergent Review & Giveaway

Dallas, creator of Little Love Buns and mother of 3 girls, decided to start using cloth diapers after the birth of her twins.  She couldn’t find a detergent that she just loved, though.  None of them took care of all of the common cloth diaper woes – odor, stains, build-up, and irritation.  So she set out to create her own homemade detergent.  One of her girls has eczema and sensitive skin, so she really wanted to create something gentle and effective.  She finally came up with the perfect recipe and decided to market it.  The large detergent bags do 85/170 loads, and the small does 48/96 loads.  Along with her diaper detergents, she sells wipe bits and diaper pail powder.  There are tons of scents to choose from, and you can rest assured that it will be gentle for your baby’s skin. Be sure to also check out her tips on washing cloth diapers to ensure that they’re clean and smell great!

Little Love Buns Diaper Detergent Review & Giveaway

I actually do not use cloth diapers.  But I am a big fan of using products for my little guy that don’t contain harsh chemicals and are gentle on his sensitive little skin!  I was very excited to use Little Love Buns Detergents on my son’s every day laundry.  I tried the Cherry Almond & Cucumber Melon scents.  They smelled delicious!  His laundry came out soft and clean.  This detergent goes a long way, too!  I also tried the Pail Powder in Ocean Breeze.  Our diaper pail has been smelling not-so-fresh for months now.  This has made a huge difference!  At first I didn’t even notice it was working because the odor was gone and I wasn’t thinking about it.  I really noticed it when I went to change the bag refill and didn’t feel like gagging!

I also passed some of the detergent along to a friend who does use cloth diapers.  This is what she had to say about it:  ”I ran another load today and I have to say I’m impressed. I used a little more detergent than recommended because my diapers were pretty stinky. After my usual routine they didn’t smell at all. Front loaders are super challenging to figure out a wash routine that works because they use so little water. I really am surprised at how well this detergent works!”

You can buy Little Love Buns Detergents, Wipe Bits, & Pail Powders directly from her site. The large bag retails for $11, and the small for $9.50.
