We had blast with these two games! We tried out Konexi first because my son had heard about it at school from someone in his gifted program. It took about 5 minutes to learn and ended up being so much fun! After putting the letters in a circle you take turns adding one at a time to the center. You get points for each word that you make from connecting letters. I couldn’t believe how many letters we were able to balance on just the “m”! This was a great family game and I would recommend it to anyone! “Thanks A Lot!?” was also easy to learn and very thought provoking. It would be fun to play with a group of friends or with your family. It is a great way to learn more about the people you are playing with. In this game, everyone is dealt cards with statements i.e. “home theater with leather seats and full-sized popcorn machine” or “build-your-own-go-cart kit”. You read the cards and decide who in your group would like what. Then each player sorts the cards they are given in order from most fun to least. Then points are awarded to the players who gave them the cards that they liked the most! This was a simple but fantastic game that we ended up talking about for hours after we finished! You think you know someone until their true colors come out in this game!
