The book’s delightful rhyme paired with Marilyn Janovitz’s adorable, brightly colored illustrations are sure to appeal to energetic little readers and their families.
This book was SO cute! I thought my kids would be a little to old for it, but they really enjoyed it. I really liked how it rhymed. The first time we read it, they were trying to guess what the rhyming word would be. After we read it a few times my 4 and 6 year old girls read it too my 3 year old. I’m not sure they got all the words right, but they definitely knew the repeating phrases on each page! The illustrations were adorable and really brought the baby to life! I also loved the size of this board book. Usually board books are much smaller. This would also be a perfect addition to any Easter basket! I would recommend this book to anyone who loves reading to their baby, or has children old enough to read to their younger siblings.
Play Baby Play! is a board book that is available April 1st on Amazon and retails for $7.99. It is perfect for ages one and up.
