Nine years ago I married an Italian with a grandma who made the best sauce I have ever tasted. Luckily before she passed away she taught me how to make her amazing sauce. I don’t get a chance to make it very often since it takes over five hours and I have five kids. Not very many “other” sauces pass the test in our house, especially with my husband! I don’t think he would’ve married me if he found out that I preferred butter, ketchup, and Parmesan cheese on my spaghetti! (that is not a joke and I have raised my kids to think that ketchup on any pasta is delicious!) After preparing a meal with the La Famiglia DelGrosso Sauce, I was hoping my husband would approve! When I read about the sauce and how the recipes are authentic recipes from Italy, I thought there was a pretty good chance. The only way to tell if he enjoys something is if he doesn’t complain. I waited until he took about five bites…still no complaints. He really liked it! My kids did too! I now have a backup for when I don’t have time to spend all day in the kitchen. I would recommend La Famiglia DelGrosso Sauces to anyone who loves authentic Italian sauce, in the convenience of a jar!
