A Mom’s Take turns 2!!! Plus, Anderson Seafoods Giveaway!

We accept a variety of samples and/or compensation for links, posts, and other campaigns. Refer to the bottom of the post and our site-wide disclosure policy for full details.

Today, April 1st, marks the second birthday of my website, A Mom’s Take! It’s kind of funny that my blog started on April Fools, and it wasn’t intentional! In fact, I had been working on my design the last few days of March and finishing up final touches. I had all the kinks worked out for the design on March 31st, but didn’t get around to my first post until the next evening. It’s fun to look back at my very first post and see what things have changed. It’s funny to note that as 2 years have past, really, my post today would have seemed almost identical. My 3.5 year old loves Starfall just like his big brother did. I have a 19 month old who loves animals. And, surprise, surprise, we recently found out we are pregnant with #4! Add in a 5 year old to my post 2 years ago, and I’d be set!

I don’t know any better way to celebrate my blog anniversary then by hosting a fabulous giveaway! In fact, I have several fun giveaways lined up for all this week with some great prizes! But, for my birthday post, I thought it’d be great to share one of my families favorite companies that you’ve seen featured here a few times – Anderson Seafoods! We have been so impressed with the high quality seafood and very well packaged and fast deliveries we’ve received! My husband has been in heaven as he unpacks the boxes to see what kind of new goodies he will get to try and loves Anderson Seafoods crab meat and shrimp especially!
