My youngest is now 15 months old and I’m ready to kick this leftover baby weight that has spread to my waist, hips, and thighs out the door! I am so excited that I have been selected by Nutrisystem to be a part of the Nutrisystem Nation Blogger Program! I have a terrible sweet tooth that seems to think candy bars make the perfect snack and ice cream should be a regular late night treat!
I am so excited that my first month of food was just ordered for me and is on its way! I can’t wait for my box of food to arrive and get started on this journey! I have no idea what to expect as far as the food goes and I tend to be a somewhat picky eater so I’m hoping the food is a hit. The menu and options sound really pretty good so I’m hoping they will not disappoint!
Starting Point & Goals
While I may not have a TON of weight to lose overall what is really important to me about my upcoming journey is to learn to how to control my snacking, sweets obsession, portions sizes, and get a grasp on what healthy eating habits look like! I have a goal to knock 17 pounds down from my current weigh in, but I’m not sure I will reach that goal. That number is my excess weight post-baby to lose but I also hope to exercise and gain muscle to totally transform my fat to muscle ratios, regardless of my final scale weigh in!
