I was able to review a Vera Bradley Weekender bag and a Hatbox Cosmetic case. My husband and I traveled this past weekend to San Francisco for his work Christmas party. I was so excited to be able to partner with Vera Bradley and review such gorgeous pieces of luggage for my trip! Their weekender bag fit everything I needed for my 48-hour trip perfectly! I even had to pack more than I might normally included as I brought along day clothes and then a beautiful dress and stuff to primp for the evening Christmas party. The weekender bag is extremely high quality and has built in side pockets with not a lot of bulk so the bag would fold down very thin to store between trips or to pack inside of a suit case if you have more luggage for only one direction of your trip. I’ve taken several trips when I need to bring extra in only one direction to take to a friend or family member. I loved that the weekender has a messenger style strap that can be removed when not needed as well as two built in handles that lets you shift around the weight and how you carry your luggage while traveling. I loved taking the Weekender along with me on my trip! It fit great in the overhead storage on the plane, was easy to carry, and fit a ton!
The Vera Bradley Hatbox Cosmetic case is extremely nice and perfectly sized for my needs! It was able to hold all my makeup, makeup brushes, deodorant, toothbrush, and hygiene needs. The handle lays flat along the side of the box when not needed or can be pulled up to easily be carried around. I put this cosmetic case right on the top of my weekender bag and then when I traveled through security I easily grabbed the hatbox cosmetic case, unzipped, and put it through in it’s own tote to be checked by the security monitors. No having to shuffle and stress through my luggage to find my hygiene products! Then, I just zipped it back closed and placed it back in the weekender bag and I was on my way again – it could not have been any easier! I picked Vera Bradley’s Mocha Rouge print for both of these items which I absolutely LOVE!! It is exactly my style and the colors are gorgeous!
