SPRI Step360 PRO Review & Giveaway

SPRI Products is a leading manufacturer and distributor of exercise products. They have created and designed innovative rubber resistance exercise products that have lead the way to popularizing rubberized resistance workouts for strength training, toning and building lean muscle tissue. SPRI has stayed on the edge of exercise trends and continued to create and develop into new areas as new applications are discovered and interest builds.

Their Step360 PRO is a an incredible training tool that can be used for those of all fitness levels, age, and skill. It has a flat and stable platform that sits above two 360 air chambers that are each individually inflated. Users can adjust the air in each chamber to modify the air in each of the chambers for a harder workout – fuller chambers meaning more stability. They can also be emptied for storage. It has been compared to the giving you the benefits of a Bosu training ball without the complete instability of a curved surface.

I’ll be the first to admit I’m a complete novice in the fitness department. I have a goal for the New Year to really get healthy and that, of course, includes exercise! Step360 is a step that has a flat platform but it isn’t stable so you also incorporate balance and strength building automatically! You can use the Step360 for so many uses and any of your typical stand in place moves to keep your core engaged while your working your arms or other muscles! I found the Step360 to be such a neat fitness tool! I had been looking for a step as I thought that would be a great tool for a stay-at-home mom to get me moving and I’ve been really impress by the Step360!

The top has a cushiony feel to so it isn’t hard and demanding when you step on it and it also lends to be used for sitting, kneeling, or even laying your back on it! The included fitness DVD had us doing planks off the Step360, stepping big steps around the Step360, kickboxing on top, and more! The workouts had steps to them that were really easy to pick up and follow along, even for a beginner. They were set up to have to really pushing hard for a short period and then a cool down between. I haven’t really done many routines like that and found that I really did well with that type of routine! I have a hard time with endurance and though you still have to be able to endure I found I could keep with it for just one more rep and a bit of a cool down much better than I could with medium or low intensity moves with little to no breaks. I’m still definitely learning the capabilities of the Step360 but I have really enjoyed using it and feel that it actually makes working out (dare I say it??) FUN!

You can find SPRI Step360 PRO through the SPRI website! It retails for $149.98 and comes with a Step360 Training Wall Chart, hand pump, and Workout DVD.
