Skedouche was founded in 2009 by John Kaplar with the intent to satisfy the overwhelming need for festive (some would say tacky) Christmas sweaters for men and women. Skedouche sold 600 sweaters during their first season and have since sold thousands of sweaters and accessories, including their matching scarfs and candy-cane canes. Skedouche’s sweater lines include lighted, chanukah, naughty, and tacky. Also, for every sweater sold, Skedouche donates a dollar to one of five charities that you can choose from during checkout. You can preview the new 2011 Holiday Collection at www.skedouche.com.
For those of you in the DC area, Skedouche is hosting a Tacky Sweater Themed Bar Crawl on December 3rd. More info can be found at www.facebook.com/

Every year my husband and I host an Ugly Christmas Sweater Party, so when I found out about this company I couldn’t be more excited. Like the owner, I have spent numerous hours in thrift stores looking for the perfect sweater. The Skedouche sweaters are hilarious and are sure to win best sweater at any Christmas party, or at least get a lot of laughs! The sizes run really big, so the sweater in a size small was perfect for me. I can’t wait to wear it this year and have a lot of fun being tacky
I know my husband will be stealing it as well until we get him his own. The sweater is actually really nice quality and is going to last me a lot of parties! There’s definitely no other place you are going to find a sweater like this!
