I was really excited to be able to try out the School Zone “Start to Read!” program. My 6-year-old daughter has had help with her speech for over three years and is finally starting to catch up. This is a perfect program to use at home to give her the extra help she needs. She is now now able to follow along with the words while they are being read on the CD. My other two preschoolers always come in to read along too. The books are very colorful and keep their attention the entire time. It’s also nice that they aren’t super long so they don’t lose interest by the end. I would recommend the “Start to Read” program for any parents who want to enforce the concepts being taught at school in their homes.
School Zone “Start to Read!” programs can be purchased on the School Zone website. Each program retails for $24.99.
