Treasury of 100 Storybook Classics, Volume 2

We received a Scholastic Treasury of 100 Storybook Classics, Volume 2 to review. My boys absolutely love having books read to them so they we really excited to see some of their favorite stories come to life. When the set came I showed them the box art from the DVDs that each picture one of the stories from that particular DVD. My boys instantly picked corduroy which is a story I have read to them many times! They were totally enthralled watching the story and Corduroy come to live! Then disc continued on to six other great stories, none of which I had heard of before. It was great to be able to introduce them to other award-winning stories and continue to foster their love for books and stories with the introduction of new books. They wanted to know if we owned any of those books either. My son especially loved the “Smile for Auntie” story.

You can find Scholastic Storybook Classics in stores and on Amazon. Their Treasury of 100 Storybook Classics, Volume 2 includes 17-DVD’s and retails for $99.95.
