Jillian Michaels is awesome and her DVDs have killer workouts. I love her 3-2-1 systems because you are always alternating between strength, cardio, and abs so you don’t get burnt out on one thing. She also never repeats her exercises so you don’t get bored and are constantly doing new moves and positions. The workouts are tough, but Jillian is motivating and says the right things to keep me going. My husband and I have been getting up at 6:30am every morning to workout together and we are both really enjoying these DVDs. They are challenging for us, but all under 30 minutes. We get our workout done with quickly and feel great the rest of the day. I’m really happy with this workouts and will continue to use Jillian Michaels as a great trainer!
