Hallmark Recordable Storybooks Review & Giveaway

Holiday Gift Ideas

Hallmark offers Recordable Storybooks that make a perfect Christmas Gift to share with the children in your life. They have 6 Holiday titles including “A Charlie Brown Christmas” and “The Very First Christmas”. These stories feature music as well as a reader can record their voice onto the storybook. This lets the child remember a loved one who may not be near such as a grandparent or parent who might be serving in the military.

Hallmark Frosty Storybook

My mom moved out of our state 2 years ago. Her first Christmas away she actually sent us a Hallmark Recordable Storybook so my two older boys would be able to remember “Grandma” even though she wouldn’t be able to visit often. My boys have loved and cherished that book and would listen to it ALL the time. When I was offered the chance to review two of Hallmark’s Recordable Storybooks and host a giveaway I was THRILLED!! I thought this would make the perfect gift to my boys from my grandmother (their great-grandmother) and also from my dad. I passed along the copy we received of Frosty the Snowman to my grandmother to record. Growing up I always remember her telling us stories and singing so I wanted my kids to be able to have that all through growing up!

Hallmark Grandpa & Me Storybook

In addition to Hallmark’s Holiday titles, they also have every day recordable storybooks that can be used anytime of the year! They have titles including literary favorites such as “Guess How Much I Love You” and “Love You Forever” to Hallmark Original Titles and even a few Disney licensed titles as well! For our every day storybook I selected Hallmark’s My Grandpa and Me for my dad to record for my boys. My dad is VERY animated whenver he tells a story so he took the simple text from the book and added his own commentary and sound effects for a completely unique book my boys will cherish!
