It’s time for the finally few meals to share with you to complete the Sam’s Club “Simply Delicious Meals” challenge of incorporating one ingredient in to a meal every day for a week!! I’ve been tackling how to incorporate Hunt’s Diced Tomatoes and stuck with dinner meals thus far but now it’s time for my FAVORITE meal to get some attention – Breakfast!

Sam's Club Meal Challenge

Most mornings the boys and I will just eat cereal, muffins, bagels or the like that don’t involve any cooking but it’s nice to have a big filling breakfast so when we have the time (and energy) we’ll whip up something more substantial! Recently, we decided to try something new and a bit away from our “norm” and made Breakfast Burritos! They were SO good that they will definitely make their way into our breakfast favorites and become a “usual”. Luckily, I was able to pick up all the ingredient I would need at Sam’s Club in bulk so I already have everything on hand to make this meal again!

Breakfast Burrito with Hunt's Dice Tomatoes

Breakfast Burrito

Brown Spicy Breakfast Sausage and Diced Onions. Cook and scramble Eggs. Add the sausage and onions mixture into the eggs along with a portion of a can of Hunt’s Diced Tomatoes (about a half a can for 4 burritos). Mix and then scoop into a Flour Tortilla. Add grated Cheddar Cheese. Roll up and serve!

This meal comes together surprisingly quick and is a absolutely delicious and very filling! What’s even better though is all three of my boys will eat this without complaint! You can also serve up Hunt’s Diced Tomatoes cooked inside an Omelet as long as you drain them well.

Buying in bulk will make it easy to have all the tomatoes you will now need to try all my recipes and meal ideas! Check out Simply Delicious Meals ideas from Sam’s Club! Also, be sure to follow their Facebook or Twitter accounts for the latest updates on the new monthly chef!

How else might you be able to incorporate Hunt’s Diced Tomatoes for a Breakfast Entree?

Disclosure: I received a Sam’s Club Membership and Gift Card for supplies as compensation for my time. I was not compensated in any other manner. The opinions expressed above are my own.

Ooooh, an omelet would be super yummy with them as well. My husband loves making breakfast burritos. He started making them for his hunting buddies a few years ago and now he cooks quite a bit. He makes up his own recipes and most times they're pretty spicy. Lol. B'fast Burritos is one of his dishes he's now known for though, so much so that my daughter requests them from him for supper sometimes. Lol.
